Section 1 - ✉️ This Week’s Update: A New Chapter in Paraguay
As I write this, I’m sitting in Paraguay, where I’ve just completed the process of obtaining my residency.
For me, this wasn’t about escaping anywhere. It was about expanding options.
Over the past few years I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about geographic diversification. Most investors understand the importance of diversifying across assets, sectors and markets. But very few think about diversifying where they live, where they are resident and where their options lie.
The world is becoming increasingly uncertain. Regulations change. Taxes change. Political environments shift.
Having a Plan B isn’t about pessimism. It’s about being prepared.
Paraguay is an interesting option for those who want that flexibility. The country offers one of the most straightforward residency programs in the world, and in certain cases it’s even possible to obtain residency for effectively zero cost when investing in parcels of land.
It’s early days for me here, but I’ve been learning a lot about how the system works and the opportunities that exist.

Section 2 - Investment Opportunity: A Breakthrough in Brain Tumour Treatment
One of the things I value most about the network around The Investment Exchange is the number of people quietly working on ideas that have the potential to genuinely change the world.
Recently, a member of my network has been raising capital for what could become a revolutionary approach to treating brain tumours.
Brain tumours remain one of the most challenging areas of medicine. Treatment options are often limited, invasive, and outcomes can be uncertain. For decades, progress has been slower than many would hope.
What makes this particular project exciting is the completely new approach being developed. The team is working alongside several globally renowned universities, and they are now moving closer to the stage of clinical trials.
If successful, the technology could open the door to a new way of treating certain types of brain tumours, potentially improving both survival rates and quality of life for patients.
It’s still early, as with any breakthrough medical technology. But the calibre of the scientific partners involved and the progress being made so far makes this one of the more interesting opportunities I’ve seen recently.

• builds strange automations just to see if they work
• turns 5 hours of work into a 10-minute workflow
• constantly asks “why are humans still doing this?”
Because most businesses are still operating like it's 2015.
