With over 20 years experience in the healthcare sector I have a global focus and vision of improving health and wellbeing worldwide and am the Founder of TDH Capital. TDH began in 2006 and has evolved over the years into its current form, acquiring ten other businesses along the way. Our four main verticals are Alphagenix, Normedica, Beacon and Safety Mundo. Alphagenix is our Men’s Hormonal Healthcare company and aims to improve access to appropriate hormone replacement therapy whilst educating society about the Andropause. Normedica offer Medical Supplies, Devices and Pharmaceuticals worldwide, Beacon Homecare Services currently provide Domiciliary Care in the North of England and Safety Mundo provides world class Health & Safety Services. I’m a life long learner and firmly believe there is a strong relationship between spirituality and leadership that is rarely discussed. I meditate and journal most days, love walking in nature and believe that business and leadership is about Inspiration, Co-Creation and Empowerment. I published my first book, The Business of Health in 2019 and am currently working on a second which will likely focus on listening to your intuition and business growth. In addition to our own M&A activity, I mentor other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the 6 key concepts that have allowed us to grow four 7-figure companies and successfully exit two. I have a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. So far I’ve completed Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua and Mount Elbrus.
