This past week has been a powerful reminder that longevity isn’t just about how long you live…
It’s about how well you operate across time.

A week shaped by movement, meaningful conversations, and quiet progress behind the scenes.

We welcomed a new member into Ascend, my personal community that continues to attract individuals serious about elevating both their personal and professional lives. The calibre of people stepping into this environment is rising, and with it, the quality of thinking and execution.

There was also a short but valuable trip to Malaga — stepping away to gain perspective, explore future lifestyle options, and reinforce something I come back to often: environment matters more than most people realise.

Across the week, momentum continued to build within Balmoral — with new investor alignment, deeper conversations around upcoming projects, and strategic introductions connecting founders to the right capital and partners.

Alongside this, time spent with operators, clinicians, and founders in emerging sectors including the rapidly evolving psychedelic space only reinforced a central theme:

The future of health is being built now — and proximity to the right people matters.

Because longevity, in its truest sense, isn’t passive.

It’s engineered through decisions, relationships, and the environments you choose to place yourself in.

Section 2 - Opportunity: Co-Invest in a Care Home Roll-Up

There’s a quiet truth in healthcare investing:

This week, I had 9 hours over the Atlantic to do exactly that.

No distractions. No noise. Just altitude, perspective, and the rarest asset in modern business, uninterrupted time.

Instead of switching off, I leaned in.

Diving into the latest thinking from Nick Bradley and Daniel Priestley, I was reminded of something powerful:

You can compress time if you’re intentional.

Most people treat travel as dead time.
High performers treat it as leverage.

9 hours becomes:

  • New frameworks

  • Sharper thinking

  • Better decisions waiting on the other side

Because learning isn’t passive, it compounds.

And when you stack that with environments that force focus (like 35,000 feet above the ocean), you create something rare:

Accelerated growth.

While others watched films, I was upgrading operating systems.

Because in this game:

  • The more you learn, the more you earn

  • But more importantly…

  • The faster you learn, the faster you win

Time isn’t fixed.

It’s compressible.
