This week, we officially completed the acquisition of Alardyce — a deal that’s been six years in the making.

I first reached out to the business with a letter back in 2019. At the time, they weren’t ready. But something told me to keep them on my radar.

Fast forward to two years ago — David and I reignited the conversation, this time with deeper alignment, mutual respect, and a shared vision for what Alardyce could become as part of our broader platform.
