Section 1 - ✉️ This Week’s Update:

This week ended in a hospital bed.

Not exactly where I planned to be but a recurrence from a recent surgery has put a second operation on the table and for a moment, everything slows down whether you like it or not.

But here’s what I’ve learnt…
When you zoom out, it’s all just a tiny blip.

Because while I’ve been forced to pause physically, the machine hasn’t stopped.

Deals are still moving.
Opportunities are still surfacing.
And the momentum we’ve built at Balmoral continues to compound.

In fact, one of the most exciting developments right now sits inside our mobility vertical.

We’re in advanced stages on a bolt-on acquisition that, when completed as expected, positions us for circa 350% growth in just over six months.

Not theoretical growth.
Not “maybe if everything goes right” growth.
Structured, strategic expansion built off the back of an existing platform.

This is exactly how we like to play the game.
Acquire well. Integrate fast. Scale hard.

The biggest opportunities rarely wait for perfect timing.

They reward the people already in motion.

So if you’ve been watching from the sidelines, now’s the moment to lean in.

We still have a small allocation of capital open across current opportunities, but it won’t stay that way for long.

If you’re serious about deploying into high-conviction deals alongside us, reply to this email or message me directly.

Let’s have a conversation.

Section 2 - Investment Opportunity: Teak, Land, and Optionality

Over the past few years, I’ve spent more time looking at real assets in emerging markets.

Not just from an investment perspective.

But from the lens of optionality, residency, and long-term positioning.

One opportunity that continues to come up in conversations is what ECI Development have been building across Panama and Nicaragua.

At its core, it’s simple:

→ Own land
→ Plant teak
→ Let time and biology do the work

But when you look a layer deeper, it becomes more interesting.

These investments combine:

  • Teak plantations (a globally traded hardwood with long-term demand)

  • Land ownership in strategic locations

  • And in many cases, the ability to obtain residency in the country

So you’re not just buying into a single outcome.

You’re building:

  • Exposure to a real asset

  • A hedge against currency and market volatility

  • And a geographic Plan B

Teak itself is a long-term play.

It’s not about quick returns.

It’s about:

  • Biological growth

  • Scarcity of quality hardwood

  • And patience being rewarded over time

What I find particularly interesting is how this fits into a broader strategy:

Most people diversify across stocks, funds and property.

Very few think about diversifying across:

Jurisdictions
Residency options
Real assets outside their home country

That’s where opportunities like this start to stand out.

Live Session with Mike Cobb

To go deeper on this, we’ve got Mike Cobb, Founder & CEO of ECI Development, joining us live.

He’ll be breaking down:

  • How the teak model works in practice

  • Why Panama and Nicaragua

  • The residency pathways linked to these investments

  • And what investors should actually be looking for

📅 Wednesday 8th

If you’d like access to the session,

DM me “TEAK” and I’ll send you the details because in a world that’s becoming increasingly unpredictable,

having assets, options, and presence in multiple places isn’t a luxury anymore.

It’s strategy.

Section 3 - Expert Corner: Ascend Is Evolving

We’ve been building quietly behind the scenes.

And now it’s time.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out the next evolution of Ascend:

  • The Ascend Method

  • Ascend Mastermind

  • The Ascend Partnership

Clearer pathways.
Stronger structure.
Bigger outcomes.

With that… prices are rising.

Not for the sake of it, but because the value, access, and level of execution inside Ascend is moving up significantly.

So if you’ve been sitting on the sidelines…
Watching…
Wondering whether now is the right time to work with me and the team…

Take this as your nudge.

We offer a free initial exploratory call.

No pressure. Just a real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we can help you get there faster.

Because missing out on the right opportunity is one thing…

But missing out because you didn’t have the right people around you?

That’s almost impossible to quantify.

If you’re even slightly curious, get in touch.

Section 4 - Events, Offers, Insights and Announcements: My 10-Day Cortexin Trial

There’s a lot of noise in the “brain optimisation” world right now.

Every week there’s a new supplement, a new stack, a new “breakthrough” promising sharper thinking, better focus, limitless output.

Most of it is average at best.

So I’ve been quietly testing something that sits a little outside the mainstream…

Cortexin.

For those who haven’t come across it, Cortexin is not your typical supplement. It’s a neuroprotective peptide complex derived from animal brain cortex tissue, originally developed and used clinically in Russia.

It’s been around since the late 90s and has been used in medical settings for things like:

  • Stroke recovery

  • Traumatic brain injury

  • Cognitive impairment

So this isn’t some influencer-created nootropic.
It started life as a pharmaceutical intervention.

Mechanistically, it’s interesting.

It crosses the blood-brain barrier and works on multiple pathways… supporting neurotransmitter balance, reducing oxidative stress, and promoting neurotrophic activity (think brain repair and resilience).

That’s the theory.

But what about real-world use?

The Experiment

I ran a 10-day protocol.

No major changes to routine. No stacking it with 10 other compounds. Just Cortexin and observation.

And here’s the honest takeaway…

I’m giving it an 8/10.

Not hype. Not life-changing overnight.

But noticeable.

The biggest signal?

People around me started commenting before I did.

Sharper in conversations.
Faster recall.
More “on it” across the day.

That, for me, is always the real test.

Not what you feel…
What the room feels.

Pharma to Nootropic

What’s interesting is how Cortexin is now making the jump from clinical use into the nootropic world.

That transition is where things get exciting.

Because when something moves:
From hospital → to high performers

…it usually means there’s something there.

That said, this isn’t magic.

It’s a tool.
And like all tools, it depends on the user.

Sleep still matters.
Nutrition still matters.
Environment still matters.

But when those are dialled in, this feels like a genuine edge.

Where I Get Mine

I’ve been using Cosmic Nootropic for years now.

No issues. No drama. Consistent every time.

Final Thought

In a world full of noise…

I’m always looking for signal.

This is one of the few things recently that cut through.

Not perfect.
But very solid.

And in this game, small edges compound fast.

Onwards and upwards 🚀

Have a great day
