Section 1 - This Week at a Glance: Reflections on Denali and the Road to Recovery

As many of you know, I recently embarked on an adventure to summit Denali, one of the most challenging peaks in the world. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I was forced to turn back due to altitude sickness.

It’s a tough pill to swallow, but these experiences are a reminder that our bodies have their limits, no matter how prepared we think we are. After being signed off by the hospital in Anchorage, I’ve safely returned home and am focusing on recovery.

Now, my attention is turning toward what truly matters — my health and my family. The time spent with loved ones and taking care of myself is a powerful reminder that the true summit in life isn’t always at the top of a mountain, but in our ability to stay grounded and focused on what matters most.

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement. I’m embracing this recovery phase with a renewed perspective and am excited for the next chapter ahead.
