Section 1 - Weekly Update

The year has started with a bang with two of our offers being accepted in the first few days and another within our small mentorship program. Section 3 - Property -

This week I’ve been over to Dubai and looked at he property investment opportunities there. There are some amazing deals. I have seen private islands, with snow rooms, to more modest villas and apartments.

There are choices of residencies from media city, internet city, downtown and marina. There is something for everyone.

In 20 years the county has come a long way, with the world biggest of everything, skyscrapers theme parks you name it they have the biggest. If they don’t, let them know and they will build it. The city is clean even though its still a building site. There are opportunities for property investors.

Although the sales team at the major developers, Kelindheist Group, a European developer and Damac Properties Dubai largest independent, do fantastic work, with I met up with a local agent. He has access to all the same deals and incentives and can offer even more choice.

If you are planning to invest overseas then Dubai has amazing opportunities, obvious things to look out for are, currency fluctuations, changes in interest rate. "Health is wealth", is a popular saying used to emphasise the importance of good health as one of our most valuable assets.
